you are welcome here

We are a vibrant and hope-filled community of 55 nations and 5 generations on mission for Jesus together.

OUR STORY

Imagine a community where people from many different backgrounds and cultures are together with one heart and one mind, enjoying the favor of God. That is who we are and who we are becoming at All Peoples Church.

Started in 2008, All Peoples Church is a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-generational church located in the heart of San Diego. Since the inception of All Peoples, our vision has been to become a church-planting church to expand the kingdom of God around the world.

In 2022, our parent organization, the Antioch Movement of Churches, officially birthed and blessed All Peoples to be its own distinct church-planting movement. We believe God is leading us on a unique global journey to equip and empower many leaders around the world to bless their cities and transform nations.

Jesus promises all people an abundant, overflowing, world-changing life. It’s not a life free of struggle, but a life full of grace and truth to address the challenges ahead. At All Peoples Church San Diego, we want to exalt Jesus and help people find the worthwhile life he’s calling them to.

our PASTOR: Robert Herber

Robert’s life was turned upside down when he met an ordinary college student who shined with the love of Jesus while he was attending Baylor University. After learning he could have this kind of real, everyday relationship with God, he has spent his life on a crazy adventure.

Robert was a pastor in Waco, TX for almost ten years as the college pastor and then US Church Planting Director for Antioch Community Church. In late 2007, Robert, Stef and a small team of friends moved to San Diego to plant All Peoples Church, not knowing anyone.

By God’s grace, the small group of students that began meeting in his house has grown into a thriving multi-ethnic church. Today, All Peoples has become a global family of churches that is making disciples around the world.

Robert has authored three books, The 5 D'sThe Partying God, andChanging the World Through DiscipleshipIn his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, surfing, fishing, off-roading and watching his boys play football.

our future

We are currently gathering for worship at 5555 University Ave., but we won't be on University forever! In 2018, we started our new building plan, called “The Light Project,” with the dream of having a permanent home and becoming a light to our city. Our new facility will be located near College Avenue and the 8 freeway.
